The Metropolitan Playhouse (220 East 4th Street) is setting aside tickets for "One Third of a Nation" on Wednesday, May 18th at 8 pm at a group rate of $12 per ticket for members and supporters of the Cooper Square Committee. We greatly appreciate any additional donation to Cooper Square. Come see a play the NY Times calls "a compelling look at the past as well as a tale with parallels to modern struggles", and support our work.  Written in 1938, it deals with the struggle for public housing.  You can purchase your tickets by clicking on the Donate button on our website.  Type "May 18th play" in the comment section, and we will add you to our list.  We have a limited number of tickets.  Payment must be received by Tuesday, May 17th at 4 pm.  You cannot pay at the door.
