      b) Rent Guidelines Board hearings:

            April 30^th (tenant testimony 1 – 3 pm), 22 Reade St., Spector Hall

            May 5^th – Preliminary Vote, Great Hall, Cooper Union, 7 E. 7^th St. (5:30 pm)
