Community Board 3 is hosting a facilitated discussion about development of the Seward Park sites on Tuesday, April 20^th at 6:30 pm. A professional planner will guide the discussion about the sites over the next few months. We will be discussing goals and objectives, residential and community development requirements, open space and other amenities, building heights and design, and rezoning options. Area stakeholders are encouraged to attend. The Cooper Square Committee will be representing the interests of low, moderate and middle income residents.
